  • Start The Journey Mini-Retreat - Start by checking in to where you are, where you have been, and what you want to focus on for the next 12 weeks.

  • Prompt #1 - Reach Out To Five People - We start easy. Just reaching out, getting our feet wet, reminding once interested parties that we are here for them, lightly, no push, just a "hello”. 

  • Prompt #2 - Planning Forward - A retreat week that comes with a year-long Planning Calendar. Plan your launches from the launch date backward. I'll show you how to step out of the overwhelm of "planning" that so many often feel into the sacred art of creating the life you want. It's simple, it's fun, and it's all about the self-love that a retreat offers. 

  • Prompt #3 - Client Love. The cornerstone of every business, no matter how small or large, how new or established. Client Love is EVERYTHING! I'll show you real-time examples of ways you can effectively show true client love. It always leads right into actual sales.

  • Prompt #4 - Five New Ways To Show Up. We can't keep doing the same thing expecting the same results. You know this. This week's prompt is all about trying out new ways, new ideas, simple or even complex ideas you've wanted to try out. It's permitting ourselves to test the waters. The benefit: you instantly wake up your audience. Because the truth be told, most of us are relatively glazed over when scrolling our feeds.

  • 1st End Of The Month Mini-Retreat. You'll get to do this Retreat Guide 3x over the course. Soon it will just become a habit. I have designed this retreat to be embraced over a nice cup of coffee or tea. Inside your guide, you’ll find journal prompting questions that have you reflecting and revising before you head into the next month.


Mode Part 2 - four weeks.


  • Prompt #5 - Show N Tell Elevated. I'll give you easy-to-do ideas on how you can get even more comfortable in front of the camera. Not only that, but by showcasing what you do, you are showing your potential clients why they should buy from you.

  • Prompt #6 - Defining What Makes You... You. This is a Retreat Week. I encourage you to take the time out to see where you are currently. You'll have a Mini-Retreat Guide dedicated to this prompt and everything you need to get clear with who you are today (note: it's often different than whom you thought you were). I find this is a vital week as it leads into the next week's prompt. 

  • Prompt #7 - Weaving You In. We take everything we discovered in the last prompt and find ways to weave these attributes into our current products and services. As well, how we can bring who we are and incorporate that into our social media messages. It's quite an empowering week.

  • Prompt #8 - Go Live! This week is about facing the public "Live”. Through a tutorial, I show you exactly how to do this, including setting up your space with lighting and adjusting to having you feel like you are in a proper studio. The most important part of this prompt is that you do "Go Live" and begin the journey by showing up for your audience and letting them in. It's the true know, like, and trust factor in action.


Mode Part 3 - four weeks

  • Prompt #9 - Ya Gotta Ask! We up our courage and ask for those referrals, those testimonials, and those encouraging words that help us land more sales. I'll show you how to do this as a win, win for all. And bonus, often just by "asking" we open the doors to even more sales with those clients. It's a great week!

  • Prompt #10 - As In... Now. The ultimate behind-the-scenes lesson that has you prepped for sales before your products are even launched. This one step is a game-changer for any product or service provider. I show you exactly what to do. With ease! 

  • Prompt #11 - Social Media Pre-Pared. The importance and time-saving benefits of planning out your social media calendars. You receive a tutorial as I show you exactly how to accomplish this via the design site Canva. Oh! I'll also be sending you your very own Social Media Planner via Canva that you can use again and again to set yourself up for success. And more importantly, MAKE MORE SALES!

  • Prompt #12 - Analyze This. Is. It. Viable? This is a Retreat Moment. The most important question any business can ask themselves. I give you a Mini-Retreat Guide and the prompting questions to ask about your own current business, or offer, or even idea. Is. It. Viable? You'll have the chance to sit with that and then be nudged to make some choices. Can you adjust what is on the plate to make it viable? Can you let it go? I share my personal experience with you and give you loads of love, encouragement, and even the pokey questions you simply have to ask yourself. 

  • BONUS Week #13 - The Great Review. The Ultimate Champagne Moment. This truly is a Mini-Retreat of pausing to reflect on everything you have done over the past 12 weeks, along with the great question: What's Next?

Why are there so many Retreats? Can I retreat while running my business?
The answer is because it's vital to pause and reflect while running our empires. This is where we get off the fast lane and take the time to make wise decisions. It's about self-care as well. So often business owners run themselves into the ground in the name of running a business. I believe our quality of life is of utmost importance. Most of the retreats are meant to be done in the time it takes you to have a cup of coffee. So yes, you can do these retreats while also running your active businesses. 

How do I receive the Designer once I have ordered?
You will have a "download" Thank You page show up immediately after ordering. Scroll that page to find your download. That will be Mode Part 1. If you miss this page, check your email. You should have a Thank You email (likely two) with one having an # attached. Inside this is your download of Part 1. If there are any issues whatsoever, please just send me an email to info@katherinecarey.com and I will personally email you your download of Part 1.

Why do I only get Part 1 first? 

There is a special secret Resource Library that you will also receive the link to. Inside holds all the downloads for The Renewed Business Designer. Part 1, 2, and 3. All of the Retreat Guides plus a welcome video "How To Use" tutorial.
I highly recommend that you do Part 1 before downloading 2 and 3. 

It says Part 2 and Part 3 are coming soon? How long will it take? 

Parts 2 & 3 are just being completed along with all of their Retreat counterparts. They will be active within a few weeks and BEFORE you need them. 

How do I use the Designer? 
There is a video tutorial on page 5 of Part 1. I show you step by step exactly how to use this Designer. 

What if I have questions? 
No problem, just email me and I will get back to you. Please allow 24 hours for your response.

What does it mean to be D.I.Y.?
This means you download the content, upload it to a pdf reader and you are responsible and in charge of actually doing the work. Everything is laid out for you, with video training and tutorials, worksheets, a planner, and retreat guides. However, it is up to you to do the lessons in order to see the results.

Can you guarantee results?
I cannot. I can tell you that I have seen results in my business over the many years from doing these exact prompts. I can tell you that other Mode members have seen results from doing the prompts. These Prompts are meant to position you in front of your audience and keep your client maintenance working for you in repeat sales.

But you actually have to do the work. 

I can tell you I feel confident you will see progress in your business (and bank account) if you go all in and just take the Prompts as they come. 

Can I get a refund for this program? 
I'm sorry but no. As business owners, it's our responsibility to choose wisely and to use what we purchase. I do not offer refunds for this program but I feel confident if you do the work, you can easily get a return on your investment. After all, it breaks down to only $21.58 a week. That's a lunch out for one!

What if I need help with a Prompt?
If one of the Prompts stumps you I suggest looking at the pages for that week. On Wednesdays, I always do a Mid-Week Check-In. Inside there will be additional support material to help you with those prompts. You can also always come back to any Prompt, anytime. 

If you feel overwhelmed, slow down. there is no rush. Do what feels good and take note of what feels challenging. Often those "challenging" ones are the real game-changers for you. 

What if I want to work deeper with you?
That is always an option. If you purchase the Renewed Business Designer and want to book a Viability Workshop or a deeper 1:1 program with me, I will put the initial investment of the Designer towards future coaching work with me.
